Responsible staff - room was not ready for checkin so staff provided an upgraded room. They were also reasonably polite. Bed was comfortable, facilities were sufficient and operational (except the hair dryer). Location was very near Garuda Wisnu Kencana, just a short walk away.

Extremely friendly staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate you. Massage downstairs in the spa area can be booked anytime until 9pm so perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Housekeeping, restaurant and room service staff are 10/10. Quiet area, close to GMK tourist attraction and a shopping mall. Easy to use Grab to go to other attractions. There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Not as busy as Kuta which is perfect if you want a peaceful holiday. Very close to the airport too.

Very friendly staff, good sized rooms and swimming pool. It's worth booking this place for its location to visit Uluwatu tempel, the Kecak dans, and visit the beaches of Jimbaran. The reception is most happy to provide a motorbike, driver, or whatever is needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A business type of hotel. Efficient, no fuzz en could be anywhere in the world.

The hotel is comfortable and well maintained. Bed is comfortable, shower is strong enough and hot. Good table for laptop in room and good internet (it was down just a few times). The location is also good, and even without having a bike there are several places to eat and some circlek like shops in walking distance. There is even a Sidewalk shopping mall near by. Having a bike it's also easy to go from there as Hotel is next to a good road. I would defined stay in this hotel again when I'm at Bukit area.

Best Western is a good option to stay at! The lobby is spacious and comfy, staff are friendly, wifi is good and I had a nice backyard view from the terrace! The location was perfect for me since I had friends living at the nearby villas:)

Staff was extremely helpful - when we were drinking wine and needed wine cooler and ice they provided them free of charge. They also let us keep our luggage for free for a week after checkout when we decided to travel to islands with light luggage. Hotel & facilities are great and superb value for money. Room was luxurious, beds were very comfortable.

Very nice hotel with a lovely pool. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was a good size with a hot shower. The staff were also very helpful on check in and out. There is designated places to park your scooter which is good.
